We decided to terminate our services with Paycom on 12/22/22 and receive our term letter on 12/27/22. By withholding information until a fee is paid, people's ability to make informed decisions is compromised, leading to potential harm or injustice. The response I received was, in summary, read the fine print and pay up. It can lead to harm, injustice, and even illegal actions in some cases. In addition, information is often essential for making important decisions and taking actions that can affect people's lives. It goes against the principles of fairness, equality, and access to knowledge. It means that people who have the means to pay for information have an advantage over those who cannot afford it, creating a disparity in access to knowledge. Withholding information until a fee is paid is immoral because it violates the basic principle of fairness and equality. This is ****** of information already paid for. Access is only SOLD in increments of 90 days. TO BE CLEAR this means NO ACCESS for the corporation or the employees at even the most basic level of W-2 or pay statement retrieval. Buyer beware terrible customer service and terrible ***************************** will not give access to ANY historical information to either the business that used, and paid for, their service or the employees who they processed payroll for until additional access payment is made.
